Book an Evaluation
Your first visit
We hear what’s been going on and what you want to get back to. We assess your movement, explain what we find, and usually begin treatment that day.
Your follow-up visits
We check how you responded and adjust your care—hands-on treatment, strength work, or practising a movement that is still difficult.
We build toward your goal
We build toward the activities you want to do again. As you gain confidence, we space visits out and help you move on from PT.
Frequently asked questions
What happens at the first visit?
We talk about what hurts, what you have tried, and what you want to get back to. Then we examine relevant movement, begin treatment, and leave you with a clear plan.
What happens at follow-up visits?
We check your response and adjust the plan. Treatment builds from easing symptoms toward the strength, control, and endurance your activities need.
What if I have tried PT before?
We review what helped, what did not, and what still feels limited. Your experience helps us choose a useful starting point.
Can I keep exercising?
Often, with adjustments. We work within what you can tolerate and any restrictions from your surgeon or medical team.
How often will we meet?
We recommend a schedule after your evaluation, based on your recovery and the guidance you need. Visits change as you become more independent.
Do I need a referral or MRI?
An MRI is not required to book. You can usually begin without a referral; continued care may require one under state rules. We confirm what applies to you.
How does payment work?
Argan is private-pay, with payment due at each visit. We accept HSA and FSA cards and can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Your insurer determines coverage.
Where can we meet?
Mobile visits take place at your home, office, or suitable gym across DFW. We bring useful equipment; you do not need a home gym. Online PT is available across the USA, with location eligibility and fit confirmed before booking.
